Winterization of Irrigation Systems

Our irrigation winterization service consists of two parts.

Phase I – In November we start the winterization process. We will turn off the valve that allows water into the system, and open all the drain valves and ports to release all the water from the system. This process guarantees against freeze damage. If freeze damage occurs, we will do all necessary repairs at no cost to you!

Phase II – In the spring we will return to turn the system back on and check to see if any damage has occurred. We will leave a door hanger on your front door to let you know when and what services has been performed with instructions on what to do to the irrigation clock. You do not need to be home as this is all done from the outside. Winterization for the year is $60.00.
